Take off progressive fatigue. It’s broken in game. I personally turn that off then put in game fatigue to 100 so that you get rotation with players but not to the point where your starters barely play. Deep in franchise mode my team is OP, I decided to handicap myself by turning my 99 OVR QB to a 1 injury rating, it took him multiple games to sustain any injury at all, and the following season the same thing. I find the amount of injuries on this game normal. My injury slider was at 10 by default and I was still hit by injuries in Week 1. It might have something to do with the length of my quarters. It wouldn’t surprise me if they have some unseen sliders by position so the QB just doesn’t get hurt nearly as often as other positions. At least one OL gets hurt every game. Yeah in Madden I've noticed that OL/DL get hurt the most. After that, it's DB, WR/RB, LB, and then QB. Madden does a poor job modeling this. They have practice injuries but they are very rare. So while it is unrealistic to have half a dozen players leave the game, announced on the TV broadcast, during gameday, it's a trade off. Because to me the point of even having injuries in a game like Madden is to add the challenge of requiring roster depth.Higher the number, faster the players fatigue and the more likely injuries happen.
