I’m in a similar situation where my loan has been paid off by gap insurance but it took a 3 months for the gap to do so, so I kept paying monthly unti gap payment was processed. However, the gap paid the money that was left before the 3 additional payments I made. So Bridgecrest owes me money but they have closed my account after it got paid off.
