Export from the chest with conduits into 3 advanced inscribers. Set filters up so inscriber 1 only accepts silicon, inscriber 2 only accepts gold, and inscriber 3 accepts printed silicon and logic circuits. Inscriber has 3 input sides and 1 output; Top, sides and bottom, all following the inscriber's UI. Any of the sides go to middle slots and also acts as output. So if you need to use pattern, put a buffer chest next to the ME interface. I've managed to set up autocrafting for the processors for AE2.
